About the John Felice Rome Center (JFRC) Loyola’s John Felice Rome Center (JFRC) in Italy offers an American undergraduate college experience in the heart of Western Europe. The Rome Center is the second largest and oldest continually operating U.S. university program in Italy. Every year, nearly 400 students study at the center's all-inclusive residential campus, spanning five acres in the upper Balduina district of Monte Mario.
